Ingredients
1 cut fryer chicken Chris and I just seasoned, baked and cut up 4 chicken breasts...a little healthier.
1/2 lb thin spaghetti
1/2 4 oz jar drained pimientos
1 can cream of mushroom
1 1/4 cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp seasoned salt, such as Lawry
Ground pepper to taste
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper to taste
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees*
1. Season 4 chicken breast and place on pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
2. Boil water and add spaghetti noodles.
3. Drain pimientos. Use half the jar.
4. Drain spaghetti noodles, add in cream of mushroom, cheese, pimientos, and cayenne pepper. Stir together well. Chris and I added in some leftover green onions from the potato skins as well as some parmesan cheese.
5. Pour the mixture into a large baking pan and top with any remaining cheese/spices. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Makes 3-5 servings
